renting your vacation cottage while still ensuring you an income from the
property.
Our Vacation
Rental Services:
- Photograph your
cottage for use in our Internet web page, marketing and promotion.
- Use a
comprehensive marketing strategy to find the right renter for your
property.
- Take care of all
mail, telephone and Internet inquires.
- Create
individualized "House Rules", "Inventory List", "Map and Route
Directions" for each property which will help to ensure that the booking
period proceeds smoothly for all parties.
- Administer the
execution of booking agreements (including Security/Damage Deposits)
with consumer on behalf of cottage owner.
- Written
notification to owner of confirmed bookings, and remittance of owner
cheques along with a monthly statement of revenues and deductions
transfer and return of cottage keys.
- Collection of
appropriate deposits and full payment of booking prior to occupancy.
- Reimbursement of
security/damage payments.
